Jacob Henry Ruiz, 69, of Tulare, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Community Regional Center Hospital in Fresno. He was born February 18, 1953 in Barstow, California to Alex Sr and Jane (Bejarano) Ruiz. Jacob was a long standing member of Mt.
