Stephaine Ann Sumner

Stephanie Ann Owen Sumner. Born in Portland, Oregon on August 30 1986, passed away at age 33 on April 28 2020 in Fresno CA, Stephanie had a free sprint that touched alot of people, she always found the good in everyone, she leaves behind her daughter Nevaeh Sumner her mom Barbara Mitchell and her Dad Kevin Owen Sr. And her siblings Tiffany Owen and Samantha Hayes and Ashley Owen and niece Elizabeth Hayes, and her brother Kevin Owen Jr. and her partner in crime Carlos Arreguin who loved her very much, and many more family members who loved her .
Thoughts intertwined with memories of what once was and are difficult to be forgotten. What once was is gone remains forever priceless. A circle has it's end however and in turn becomes a new beginning that is difficult to acknowledge. Throgh the good and bad the angel's watch over us, they see the love that guides the blood line of what is known as family. As you lay in the hand of angel's the bloodline of family will always be there.
