Sharon Lafaye Seals

Sharon LaFaye Seals was born in San Francisco on July 28, 1949, to W. T. and Telette Elnora Seals. She spent her early life in San Francisco and attended Bret Harte Elementary School, Portola Junior High School, Woodrow Wilson High School, and graduated in 1967 from Balboa High School. She was employed as an Admitting Clerk at San Francisco General Hospital for over 20 years before taking retirement. Sharon was an excellent cook and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She had a lovely singing voice. During her teen years, she was the lead vocalist for the Youth Choir at the family church, All Nations Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A. in Berkeley, California. In her later years, Sharon resided in Fresno, California. She passed away in that city on April 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents and two of her brothers, Maurice Seals and Willie T. Seals, Jr. (“Billy”). Sharon is survived by her son Marcus A. Justice, her brother Melvin Seals, Sr. (Rebecca), her niece April Seals Partner (Kenneth), nephews Marvin Seals (Nicole), Melvin Seals, Jr. (Shanea), and Cristopher Seals (Giulia), great nieces Ena Seals and Mya Seals and great nephews Melvin Seals III and Christian Jordan Partner, a host of cousins, other family members, and friends.
