Marian Elizabeth Vander Wall

Marian Elizabeth Heal Vander Wall passed peacefully on September 26, 2021. She was born in Whittier CA on July 21, 1923 to Gladys & William Heal and led an amazing life. Graduating from ULCA and teaching 5th grade for a year, she married Harry in 1945 and became a dairyman’s wife for many years raising her children, Johnny, Cheryl and Jan. Retiring from the dairy business in 1980 they traveled extensively until Harry passed away in 1998. She continued to travel until 2015 with other family and had seen the world. Now she is seeing paradise.

Left to mourn her passing are her daughters, Cheryl (Jack), Jan, daughter in law, Karon, grandchildren, Denise (Mikael), Debby(Simon), Dyana (Bryan) , Kurt, Jeff (Melissa) & Eric(Dana), great grandchildren, Hannah, Carter, Emmy, Jane & Jack, sisters, Margery & Beverly. Marian’s son, John passed away in 2015.

The family would like to thank the staff at TLC & Kaweah Hospice in Visalia for their care and compassion during our mother’s decline. Mom was a lifelong Methodist and the outpouring of love and support from her Tulare United Methodist Church family was truly amazing.

A memorial service will be held at the Tulare United Methodist Church at 228 W. Kern St., Tulare, CA 93274 on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 1 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tulare United Methodist Church in Marian’s name.
