Hobert Felix Alexander Sr was a very quiet man. Born September 3, 1974, with his twin brother Herbert E. Alexander Jr. In Tulare, CA at the Tulare District Hospital. He was born to the parents of Herbert E. Alexander Sr., and Mary Marchbanks-Alexander. Hobert Sr was the baby of 9 kinds, and everybody treated him like a baby too. Especially his twin brother who he leaned on all his life as well as his baby sister Myra. Who he would call her his second momma, (because he was always on her hip) As well as the other four some and which that would be Hebert Jr., Fitima, Willie Jr., and Dejuane Sr. She had them around her at all the time. Hobert Sr. attended Roosevelt Elementary School in Tulare, CA he then attended Mulcahy Junior High School and then went on to graduate from Tulare Western High School in 1992. After graduating from there he attended Santa Rosa Junior College. Then eventually resided back to his hometown Tulare, CA. As mentioned before Hobert Sr. was quiet and very neat man that loved being around his children and family and as said before he was the baby of the family. He really loved our mother more than life itself. Hobert Sr. always had a heart for music, art and animals, anyone who knew Hobert know that he loved playing the drums. He has been playing the drums since he was 5 years old, him and his twin brother they started playing at Lompoc Church of God in Christ, in Lompoc and then at Shiloh Church of God in Christ in Pixley, CA, and continue at the store front Church of Living Christ Church in Tulare, CA. Although he was a quiet man he was very loud spoken through the beat of his drums, he could play any kind of drum and not only 1,2,3, but 4 drums at a time never missing a beat.
Hobert continue playing the drums in the band at Mulcahy Junior High and Tulare Western High School. Right along with his twin brother, and nephew Willie who played the Baritone. Hobert received awards for being no. 1 drum major at the national competition. Hobert Sr. had a keen eye for art, he could draw anything you put in his face, he would free lance draw anything that comes in his mind. Last but not least he loved his animals especially his dogs and birds no matter where you see him, he always had a dog. He could name any bird you ask him about, when he was younger, we would call him Michael Jackson because he had a pet rat too just like Ben LOL. Hobert was well liked by many people and although he was quiet, when he did speak it was well spoken.
Love and miss you always Baby Boy!
