Edward Lloyd Hillman

Edward Lloyd Hillman passed away recently at his home in Centreville, VA, at the age of 67. Ed was born in Tulare, CA on October 4, 1953 to Marvin (Barney) Hillman and Rosha Hillman, who predeceased him. He is survived by his brother John and his sister Pam.

Ed attended Roosevelt kindergarten and Buena Vista Elementary School, Tulare Western High School (Class of ‘71), College of the Sequoias and University of New Mexico, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering in 1978. He was involved in aerospace projects at Boeing in Houston, TX and Martin-Murietta near Denver, CO and computer software system designs in the Washington DC Metro Area of Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tulare City Historical Museum, 444 W. Tulare Ave., Tulare, CA 93274 or to the donor’s favorite charity. A memorial service will be on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Sterling & Smith Funeral Home, 409 N. K Street, Tulare, CA.
